The University of North Carolina Institute of Politics is thrilled to resume our in-person programming with a U.S. Senate Town Hall! We will welcome candidates for US Senate to our campus on November 9, 2021 beginning at 5:30 PM in Chapman 201. We will be joined by State Senator Jeff Jackson, former State Senator Erica Smith, Dr. Tobias LaGrone, Dr. Richard Watkins, and Jen Banwart. Each candidate will answer student questions in a town hall moderated by Dean Martin Brinkley of the UNC School of Law. This is an amazing opportunity to learn more about and connect with the candidates running for the U.S. Senate Seat in 2022. We invite all UNC students and community members to submit their questions here and attend the event. The event is open to the public and no ticket is required.
